Retail Orders within the Continental USA

Ordering online: All seaweed products and our Medicinal Mushroom Mix may be purchased at our online store. Our herbal extracts and wildcrafted herbs must be ordered by phone or by email.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.

Minimum retail order size is $25.

Volume discount – 10% discount on orders of $180 or more.

Payment and terms – We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, check, money order or bank wire. We welcome email orders. However, for security reasons, please do not email your credit card info, call us instead, or email your order and your phone number and a good time to call you. There is a 2% monthly charge on overdue accounts and a $25 fee for bounced checks.

Shipping and handling
We ship via US Postal Service, UPS and Fedex. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing your order.

Shipping and handling is $10 flat rate for all retail orders shipped by US Mail to destinations in the continental USA.

If you want your order to be expedited, have your order shipped with UPS or Fedex, or if you live outside the continental USA, you pay actual shipping cost.

Once an item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the USPS or UPS to deliver the packages on time and without damage. Please review USPS and UPS shipping policies.

We are not responsible for packages that have been damaged, delayed or lost by the shipper. If your product arrives damaged or delayed (or does not arrive at all) please notify us immediately so we can file a claim.

Seaweed Products

Herbal Extracts
Please order by phone or by email. Shipping costs is $10.00 for a 4 oz extract/formula bottle shipped by US Mail. Orders that include 8 oz. or more of herbal extracts/formulas are shipped via UPS Ground, and you pay actual shipping cost. If you want expedited shipping (overnight or second day) please contact us before ordering.

Wildcrafted Herbs – We harvest over 60 different species of medicinal wild plants and fungi.
Please order by phone or by email. Shipping method and cost depends on your order and location. We will provide a shipping quote upon request. We also sell herbs in smaller quantities at our Etsy store.

Combination Orders
Seaweed products, herbal extracts and dried wildcrafted herbs can be combined in one order. Please order by phone or by email if your order includes wildcrafted herbs. In most cases, fresh wildcrafted herbs cannot be combined with other orders.

Returns

Please contact us for a return authorization before returning anything. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. However, we do not refund shipping costs unless we have made a mistake.

Wildcrafted Herbs
We do not accept returns of wildcrafted herbs unless we have made a mistake.
