Our sea vegetables are delicious and nutritious wild foods. They come in a wide variety of colors, textures and flavors.
Kelp Fronds and Sea Palm can be eaten right out of the bag as delicious salty snacks, like potato chips or jerky. Nori makes a great snack when it is toasted until crisp. Wakame and Kombu are best when cooked. All sea vegetables can be cooked and served alone, used in a wide variety of tasty recipes, or simmered in water to make a savory broth.

We sustainably hand harvest our sea vegetables from the wild and rugged Northern California coast. The clean waters and ideal growing conditions support some of the most luxuriously abundant seaweed beds in the world. After harvesting, we rapidly air-dry our seaweeds at low temperatures, which preserves maximum flavor, nutrition and bioactivity. You will not find higher quality sea vegetables anywhere, at any price.
