Wholesale Accounts
Please contact us if you would like to set up a wholesale account. You can order by phone or by email.

We do not offer online ordering for wholesale accounts. 

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.

However, for security reasons, please do not email your credit card info. Call us instead, or email your order and your phone number and a good time to call you.

Payment and Terms
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, check, money order or bank wire. All orders must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made. When credit is established, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Minimum wholesale order size is $180

5% discount on orders of $1,000 or more. This discount may not be combined with other discounts or with Wildcrafted Herb Catalog orders.

There is a 2% monthly late charge on overdue accounts and a $25.00 fee for bounced checks.

Shipping and Handling

We ship by US Mail, UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing your order.

Once an item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the USPS or UPS to deliver the packages on time and without damage. Please review USPS and UPS shipping policies.

We are not responsible for packages that have been damaged, delayed or lost by the shipper. If your product arrives damaged or delayed (or does not arrive at all) please notify us immediately so we can file a claim. 

Returns
Please contact us for a return authorization before returning anything. Unopened seaweed products and herbal extracts may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. We do not refund shipping costs unless we have made a mistake.

We do not accept returns of wildcrafted herbs unless we have made a mistake.
